New Alumni Chapter in Virginia
October 29, 2006 saw the chartering of Phi Beta Fraternity's newest alumni chapter: Pi Alpha Upsilon. The chapter is located in Virginia, with members currently located in Newport News, Lynchburg, and Richmond.

National President Elin Torvik and National VP Alumni Carrie Frederick had the privilege of visiting the historic Newport News/Williamsburg area to perform the member initiation and chapter installation ceremonies.

The chapter is led by long-time Phi Beta member Gay Ross-Clunis and newly initiated member Rebecca Lowe.
